How do I find a specific item on your site?

Fishlips3 has incorporated a powerful search engine into our site. Simply type the item you're looking for into the Search box (left side) and press the SEARCH button. You can use the search box to find a broad range of products by typing a color, brand or material. But you can also be very specific in order to drill right down to the product you're looking for. You can even search by SKU if you're looking for an item you've previously ordered.

Another way to find items is by using the navigation bar located on the left side of every page. This lists major categories of items while our right hand navigation bar lists items by brand.

Do you sell wholesale?

While not categorically a wholesale site, Fishlips3 in the near future will take into consideration the total merchandise value of your order and will offer everyday discounts:

What if I have a resale license?

For customers located within Iowa who have a valid Iowa resale permit, please email us that information and we will set your account to non-taxable status. If you have already paid for an order, we'll gladly refund the sales tax. Fishlips3 does not collect sales tax from out of state customers.

Do you have a catalog ?

We do not have a traditional printed catalog, (people still do that?), but we think we have a pretty nifty website with more items added every week!

May I place an order over the phone?

How do I place an order?

Once you have found the item you wish to purchase simply click the "add to cart" button. Each time you add an item to your cart you'll be taken to your shopping cart where you can:

Note that you can easily navigate back to your cart by clicking the "Cartt" link located at the top of every page or your mini shopping cart on the left hand side.

I'm ready to pay, now what? ?

Click "Proceed to Checkout" from your mini cart on the left hand side. If you've shopped with us before you'll be prompted to enter your email address and password. If you're a new customer you'll be asked for your contact information, a simple one page form and you're good to go!

My cart emptied out, what happened?

Check your computer's security settings and be certain your browser is set to accept cookies. On most PC's this is done from the browser such as Internet Explorer or Firefox etc. Click on the "Tools" menu and select the Privacy tab along the top. Add www.fishlips3.com to your list of sites that you accept cookies from.

Can I shop for a period of days without losing the contents of my cart?

Yes. Fishlips3 has a perpetual cart, meaning that the contents of your cart won't disappear even if you have to. And by logging in you can use another computer to continue your order.

How does the Wishlist work ?

Not ready for commitment? No Problem. Instead of selecting "Add to Cart", you can select "Add to Wishlist" located directly above the “Add to Cart” button. It's easy to navigate back to your wishlist (or cart) from the navigation links located at the top of every page.

What forms of payments do you accept ?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Paypal and money orders in U.S. dollars. Sorry we do not accept personal checks.

Gift Certificates FAQs

Do your gift certificates expire?

Fishlips3 email and physical gift certificates do not have an expiration date.

How do I redeem my gift certificate?

When viewing your shopping cart, enter your gift certificate code, including any hyphens, in the "coupon or gift code" box and then hit the "Update Cart" button to apply the gift certificate amount to your order. Gift certificate codes are not case sensitive.

I have a coupon code and a gift certificate and/or I have multiple gift certificates. How do I apply them all to my order?

At this time, only one code can be applied to an order, be it a coupon code or a gift certificate code. Codes cannot be combined.

How do I check the balance on my gift certificate?

You can check any remaining balance on your gift certificate by logging in to your account. Please note that gift certificate balances will show up on your account page only after it has been used once.
